Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and report ISO 9001:2015 audits (initial, surveillance, and recertification).
• Evaluate client QMS implementation and effectiveness against ISO requirements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, non-conformities, and recommendations.
• Support clients in developing corrective and preventive action plans.
• Maintain impartiality and confidentiality throughout the audit process.
• Participate in internal audit and continuous improvement activities at REDAN Engineering.
• Liaise with clients, technical experts, and accreditation bodies.
• Conduct audits across multiple industries, including oil & gas, manufacturing, and services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (IRCA, CQI, or equivalent recognized body).
• Minimum 3–5 years of audit experience in quality management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17021.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Kurdish is a plus).
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Iraq.
